They always make a lot of noise, scandals and everything. And it never fails. Bassist Victoria De Angelis appears on stage with black tape on her chest. Frontman Damiano David displays bold makeup and feminine lingerie. Guitarist Thomas Raggi and drummer Ethan Torchio, with huge platforms and mesh shirts. It looks like neo-Punk mixed with Glamrock. It's bold. As rock stars were in the past. An effective formula: fascinate, shock and amuse. This was the spirit of the time. Måneskin understood it. They are slowly taking their place among the icons in this small revolution.

GLAM & ROCK’N’ROLL It goes without saying that Måneskin's music is influenced by an unabashed rock style. The 70's were extravagant and influenced many artists. The members of Måneskin don't deny it at all. From the classic Led Zeppelin to the eccentricity of David Bowie, the « Me Decade » rocked their music. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Bowie comes up a lot. If they could have the wardrobe of one artist, it's the late Space Oddity performer's. Måneskin’s clothing style reflects the great influence that was Glamrock. They play on androgyny and theatricality. The secret is in the provocation. NEW ICON, NEW INFLUENCE They've been influenced by Bowie, Aerosmith and even Black Sabbath, but now Måneskin is the new teen idol. On TikTok, videos of teenagers sporting extravagant looks are multiplying. The young Italian band is a good source of influence for young people looking for confidence. On the track "I wanna be your slave", they show themselves without complex. Måneskin is inimitable, but it's worth a try. What is certain is that they have more than one trick up their sleeve to amaze us once again.
